Report says that 38 Chinese soldiers were drowned during Galwan Clash

It was on June 15th 2020, the 20 Indian soldiers died in the Galwan attacks that took place near Ladakh at the India and China border. The number of Chiese troops who lost their lives are never revealed and their identities are kept under wraps. The attack took place in freezing temperatures in the night and the results made the situation calm at the borders. China later announced that four soldiers were killed in the clash. There were strong speculations that the Chinese troops who were killed in the clash were much higher. Australian investigative newspaper, The Klaxon revealed that 38 Chinese soldiers were drowned on June 15th and 16th when they attempted to cross the Galwan river in the night.

The research was conducted by a group of unnamed researchers of social media including Chinese bloggers. Indian troops went to the disputed region in the Galwan valley to remove the Chinese encroachment. 150 Chinese soldiers formed a battle formation. Some of the Chinese troops started a physical scuffle with the Indian soldiers using steep pipes, stones and sticks. Soon 20 Indian soldiers lost their lives in the fight. The report told that 38 Chinese soldiers lost their lives through drowning after they never wore water pants. They had to cross the icy water in the dark. After the river rose suddenly, 38 Chinese troops lost their lives.
