Russia’s Invasion of Ukraine Enters the 14th DayMarch 09, 2022 14:49

Russia is on a mission and is keen to acquire Ukraine if the demands are not met. Ukraine is strict on its stand and is facing the battle though the situations are quite tough. The invasion of Russia on Ukraine reached the 14th day and Russian aircraft have been bombing the major cities of eastern and central Ukraine. More than two million civilians have fled from Ukraine till date and the Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy called for expansion of the humanitarian corridors. He urged the people to resist Russia. USA announced that they will ban the Russian oil imports.
More than 5000 people have been evacuated from Sumy after the Russian attacks. Several civilians got killed in the attacks as per the official reports. Coca-Cola Co and PepsiCo announced the suspension of the sales in Russia. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy revealed that the world is ready to support for the recovery of Ukraine after the war. Ukraine Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that the Russian military damaged 61 hospitals in Ukraine including the buildings and the medical equipment. US President Joe Biden spoke with Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelenskyy to review the situation and USA assured to support the country during the crisis.
"Over the last week, I’ve spoken with President Zelenskyy several times to hear from him about the situation on the ground and consult on continuing U.S. support for Ukraine and the Ukrainian people. We have provided more than $1 billion in security assistance to Ukraine" posted USA President Joe Biden.
