Katrina Kaif's hot body is the talk of the town, especially in the song 'Kamli' of 'Dhoom:3'. The beautiful actress had to undergo hours of training for the perfectly shaped body that everyone sees in the promos and songs of the upcoming film.

For the 'Kamli' song, Katrina had to work hard to get the steps right. She play's the role of a gymnast and has to perform some difficult moves, which required grace, flexibility and strength, according to reports. The bollywood actress had to do some action scenes that also required a lot of energy. Katrina had to go through a special diet and workout plan for her role in the movie.

The actor followed a rigorous workout session two months before shooting for 'Dhoom:3' was to begin. And two weeks before the shooting started, Katrina spent nearly 10 hours each day in exercise and choreography practice. During the whole period, she abstained from all types of junk, oily and sweet food. Katrina's diet included more of high-protein food items.
