Salman Khan's 'Jai Ho' may soon be given tax sop in Gujarat. The development takes place only fifeteen days after Salman's meeting with Narendra Modi, Gujarat's chief minister, during the kite festival.  

The chief minister's office has reportedly given directions to the bureaucracy in Gujarat for the exemptions that would be effective in few days time.

During the Sankranti festival, Salman had shared the dias with Modi creating a stir. Khan even endorsed BJP's PM candidate while talking to the reporters.

'Jai Ho' has already been exempted from taxes by Uttar Pradesh chief minister Akhilesh Yadav.
