Palak aka Kiku Sharda from 'Comedy Nights With Kapil' will be seen in Farah Khan's 'Happy New Year’. Palak will play dance teacher to Shahrukh Khan and the rest of his gang in the film.

Although Farah has offered only a cameo role, Palak is very excited about the role.

Apparently, Farah saw some episodes of 'Comedy Nights With Kapil' and was impressed. So when she came on the show she told Kiku Sharda about the part and he accepted it.

Kiku says that he would be teaching dance to Shah Rukh, Abhishek Bachchan, Boman Irani and Sonu Sood and in the movie.

As of now it's not known whether Kiku Sharda will play the famous Palak character in the film, or the comedian will be don a new role.

Kiku has become a household name with 'Comedy Nights With Kapil' in which he has an amazing comic timing and dance style. Currently, Kiku Sharda is also seen in the new season of 'Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa'.

'Happy New Year' will hit theatres this Diwali. The film has an ensemble star cast that includes Shahrukh Khan, Deepika Padukone, Abhishek Bachchan, Boman Irani and Sonu Sood.
