The theatrical depiction of dysfunctional Punjabi family "Dil Dhadakne Do" movie's trailer has been receiving mixed response for its unexpected moments and entertainment. The cast of the movie is an asset to the movie, but the crew literally did not meet the anticipated response. The different look of Anil Kapoor and Ranveeer Singh’s funny responses and PC with Farhan Akthar are stunning.

The combination of Ranveer and Anushka was different in the movie when compared to their past works. The movie got positive appreciations from veteran actors Rishi Kapoor, Sridevi, Dia Mirza and producer director Karan Johar, Ayushmann Khurrana. The movie trailer has got nearly 12 lakh views in less than 24 hours.

The movie is slated to release on June 5 this year.
