Our today's special in a simple, no-fuss apple shake that comes loaded with proteins, thanks to the soya milk in it. A perfect bet for lactose intolerant people. Ingredients

3 Apple

2 cups Soya milk

3 tbsp Sugar

1 tsp Cinnamon powder

Ice cubes

Apple slices for garnish
Method

Core the apples, ditch the seeds and cut into cubes.

Take apple cubes, sugar, one teaspoon cinnamon powder, soya milk and ice cubes in a jar and blend till smooth.

Pour the drink into glasses, add a dash of cinnamon powder on top and garnish with apple slices.

Serve cold.
