There is no better way to kickoff summer than a sparkly, fruity, refreshing aperitif that would make for a great summer sipper. So go ahead and pack a punch this summer with a delicious tropical rum punch that would want you to wish for the summer to last a year long. Incredibly fruity and unbelievably tasty, this super refreshing Pineapple Punch is a great way to bring the summer on. Read on for the recipe.
Ingredients
2 cups + 1 cup pineapple juice
1 mango, peeled and cored
2 cups coconut water
24 oz. coconut sparkling water
1 cup light rum
1/2 cup dark rum
1/4 cup agave
1 orange sliced
2 limes sliced
fresh pineapple rings
Instructions
Roughly blend the mango and a cup of pineapple juice together.
Take a large pitcher, add the mango mixture, remaining pineapple juice, coconut water, coconut sparkling water, all the rums, and agave and stir.
Top it off with sliced fruits and serve the drink over a bed of ice.
