Nick Lachey is over the moon as his wife Vanessa is expecting their second child. The singer-songwriter himself announced his big news in social media.

Nick took to Twitter to announce that his wife Vanessa is expecting their second child. And it's a girl, revealed the former 98 Degrees bandmate.

His twitter post read: “Can’t think of a better way to celebrate 3 years of marriage to my beautiful Vanessa than this.”
Nick's tweet also included a photo of his son Camden playing on the beach around a heart in the sand. Inside the heart it's written, “It’s a girl.”

Last November, Nick and Vanessa welcomed their first baby around 22 months ago. The couple were excited about the baby boy and gushed about the joys of becoming parents.

Nick said that they feel incredibly blessed and described parenthood as the most amazing experience of life.

At that time, the 40-year-old singer had talked about a little princess in his family. Nick said he want a girl as there is something emotional about a daughter, which he would want to experience.
