Johnny Depp was either really drunk Friday night at the Hollywood Film Awards? Reactions to the actor's speech came fast and furious shortly after he took to the stage to present a documentary award at the glitzy event on Friday.

Depp was presenting the best documentary award to “Supermensch: The Legend of Shep Gordon” but it took about 3 seconds to realize the actor had partaken at the table.

While his speech was heartfelt, the actor was slurring his words so hard and trying to figure out the microphone situation!

While some people like Mike Meyers, who was the director of the documentary, said the speech was "very rock'n'roll," others like Rob Lowe were NOT fans! He tweeted:

"I find the whole unprepared, ‘I don't give a shit, possibly wasted artist persona really, really unexciting."
