A South Texas man bamboozled all as he walked into a Mexican restaurant, threatened the waitress by pulling off a sword and ordered several tacos, and left without paying.

He has been charged with aggravated robbery.

An affidavit says that the 28-year-old Adam Kramerslide the sword out of a sheath and threatened a waitress, forcing her to take and deliver his order. Nobody was hurt in the Dec. 2 incident.

“Authorities say Kramer walked out of the restaurant — without the food — and to his truck while yelling either he got free tacos or somebody would die. Investigators say the waitress locked the door after the San Antonio man drove away,” wrote AZ Central.

Law officers arrested Kramer the next day on a bond of $50,000.
