Maine Police Department was alerted of a man with a gun tucked into his waistband by a tree removal crew. The police came to the man's home armed with assault rifles only to find that the man only had a life-size gun tattoo.
Michael Smith of Norridgewock was awakened by a tree crew who had come to the area to trim branches near power lines. Smith works at night and was sleeping when the tree crew woke him up at around 10 AM, on Tuesday.
Smith, who was irritated, went out of his house shirtless and shouted at the workers asking them to leave. The life-size tattoo appears to be a gun tucked into his waistband, when he is shirtless.
Smith says the tattoo on his stomach had never created problems before, reported the Morning Sentinel. He was not charged by police.
