Bollywood Super Salman Khan, who was recently given bail within days after his conviction in 13 year-old hit and run case, has got disappointment as a Jodhpur court rejected his plea.
Salman appealed court to re-examine five-witnesses in a case related to illegal possession and use of arms. He has been facing a case against him under the Arms act, allegedly used for black buck hunt in a village near Jodhpu in 1998.
The star actually needed to present at court to record his statement, but his counsel requested court to exempt him on April 23. In the same case, where the actor accused in hunting a protected animal, actors Saif Ali Khan, Sonali Bendre, Tabu and Neelam were also suspected. The reported incident took place during the shooting of the film 'Hum Saath Saath Hain'.
