Relationships go through ups and downs. Success of your relationship is dependent on you as well as your partners. A strong relationship is possible only if both the partners are willing and interested in investing time and energy into it. If your partner is not interested in the relationship, you will have little option but to make a dignified exit. Here are a few signs to tell you whether its time to end the relationship.
Loss of trust
The relationship between you and your partner is based on trust. If your partner doesn't trust you and keep questioning over your activities then the relationship is at its end. He/she refuses to believe you then you cannot continue with the relationship. It's bound to get worse. End it.
Communication
Communication is the life of any relationship. You come close, develop intimacy and become partners due to an effective communication between you two. But if the communication is missing then it spells doom for the relationship. In a healthy relationship the partners communicate several times during the day. If your relationship is based on love and care then you will naturally miss your partner. But if your partner doesn't communicate even once during the day, citing work, it's a sign that he/she doesn't feel for you anymore.
Cheating
Something is definitely wrong in your relationship if you catch your partner cheating on you. Maybe you are not being able to satisfy his/her emotional needs. It means you need to sit down and discuss the issue. But if he/she continues to cheat on you then it's time to end the relationship and move on.
Abuses
If your partner starts abusing you - physically or emotionally, then it's time to end the relationship. When your partner hits you, it's an indication that he has no feelings left for you and does not value you. Physical abuse is definite reason to put an end to the relationship. Carrying on with the relationship may scar you for life and you may decide never to get into a relationship again.
