More woes for the Indian team!

New Zealand batsmen Brendon McCullum and Corey Anderson scored a decent partnership of 50-plus that sailed their team beyond the 300-run mark on first day of the first Test against India at Eden Park in Auckland, leaving India in a lurch once again.

Kame Williamson, another batsmen to bring in a ton for the team, was ousted from the pitch by Zaheer Khan, after his cheeky attempt to play a leg glance, got him stumped.

Williamson's 5th Test ton along with McCullum put the Kiwis in command, after NZ lost three quick wickets in the first session.

McCullum too struck a ton, when he batted a staggering six off Ravindra Jadeja. With this, he bagged his third century against India and his 8th Test century overall.
