Director Puri Jagannadh will direct Jr NTR in his next film. The launch of the new project is likely to be May 20 on NTR's birthday.

For the first time the maverick director will be directing a movie whose story he has not written. Puri usually directs a film scripted by himself.

Vakkantam Vamsi has written the script of this new project that will bring Puri and NTR together.

Puri will take care of the dialogues and screenplay, while Bandla Ganesh will produce the movie under Parameshwara Arts banner.

However, there has been no official confirmation about this project from the film makers.

If the project goes to the floor, it will be the second collaboration between Puri and NTR post Andhrawala debacle.
