In a rapid increase of protest against Amir Khan film PK, Bajrang dal have stop screening of movie in Gujarat because it is making fun of Hindu God and god men. The protest was also continued by right wing in Agra, Mau in Uttar Pradesh and Bhopal in Madhya Pradesh and tore the posters.

Ten days after release of the movie has earned over 200 crore in the first 10 days since its relased on 19th December. On Monday the Bajrang Dal and Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) destroyed two cinema theaters which were scheduled to screen the movie.

A mob of people entered in Cinemax and City Gold multiplexes armed with sticks and faces covered, rushed to the people who were waiting to enter the screening hall. Ticket counters were destroyed including all the decoration, with movie goers rushing out the theaters with a panicked stage.

The activist fled away before the police reach the spot. No was arrested but cases were filed against police  Bajrang Dal's Jwalit Mehta and 50 workers of the two organizations.

Amir Khan already trashed the process of accusing by Hindu religion because he was a Muslim Saying we respect all religions. All my Hindu friends have seen the film and they have not felt the same. Even director Raju (Hirani) is Hindu, Vinod (Chopra) and Abhijeet (joshi). In fact 90 % of the crew is Hindu no one has did this. Amir said referring to director, producer, and script writer of the film.
