Denver has finally approved a law allowing Marijuana in bars and restaurants first in the Nation .
Denver voters had weighed in on Proposition 300 as eight other states who had legalized marijuana for medical or recreational purposes last week.
The city measure has already allowed bars and restaurants to apply marijuana. Patrons are allowed to use pot inside as long as it isn't smoked, with the possibility of outside smoking zones.
Colorado law does not allow nor ban public marijuana use currently that had been resulted in a hodgepodge of local ordinances related to marijuana clubs. Denver is the first city to allow bars and restaurants to permit marijuana use, though the patrons must have to bring their own weed.
Marijuana as a recreational method was already introduced in the country. Supporters celebrated victory on Tuesday and the oppositions conceded, even as an election official said some ballots had been uncounted.
Alaska has been the only marijuana state that allowed on-site consumption at dispensaries. But Alaska did not allow to use in bars or restaurants.
