If you are a resident of Houston or ever have visited the city, then it is very likely that you might have encountered some pretty crazy stuff on the city’s highways and this is no exception.

A bemused Houston driver captured a footage of a bizarre scene near highway 290- a woman casually chill rising on the vehicle’s hood.

The woman captured in the video, later called the Eyewitness News Desk and said that the incident is not what it appears and wants to give her side of the story.

The woman claims that the father of her child stole her car on Sunday after an altercation at her home.

She asked him to leave the house, but instead, he took her car. She said that she tried to stop, but could not get inside the vehicle. That is when she jumped on the hood.

The woman said that she was on the police while she was riding on top of the car. The man eventually stopped at the bottom of the overpass where police arrived.

Earlier this year, the California Highway Patrol opened up an investigation. When a passing-by driver recorded a man climbing on the outside of a pickup truck traveling at a high speed on the 15 Freeway in Corona.

The California Highway Patrol investigators said that the man could face a seat belt infraction and both he and the driver could face an unlawful riding infraction.

Last month, a 21-year-old man performed an unusual stunt from Alameda to East Oakland that just bemused whoever saw them.

The man tapped to the side of a car on highway I-880 for an hour before being caught by Oakland police and receiving tickets for unlawful riding and reckless driving.
