India celebrated the 75th Independence Day on Monday in a grand manner. Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi has set a new target saying that India will join the developed countries of the globe in the next 25 years. Modi addressed the nation yesterday after hoisting the flag at the Red Fort in the national capital. He gave ujp five resolves calling them ‘Panch Pran. “Corruption and Nepotism are the major challenges for the Indian society and I request our Indians to respect the women. Corruption turned out to be a termite and is eating the country. We have to fight against the corruption. To take the nation forward and realize our strength, we have to stand against nepotism. It is present in the politics and is also being nourished in all the Indian institutions” told Narendra Modi.
“We have to move forward and work for a developed India. We have to erase all the traces of servitude. We have to be proud of our legacy. The strength is our unity and the duties of the citizens which will include the Prime Minister and the Chief Ministers. There is a need to respect the women in the country. We have to work for Viksit Bharat which is developed India. We have to retain our roots when we like to ensure unity in diversity” told Narendra Modi. The country lauded the speech and the vision of the Indian Prime Minister. After Modi hoisted the flag, a shower of petals came from the helicopters. Respecting the words of the Prime Minister, every Indian tied the national flag at their home and celebrated the 75th Independence Day in a grand manner.
