Days after an SIT was constituted to examine the cases of mass sexual abuse involving departing suddenly Janata Dal Common MP Prajwal Revanna, a uncommon court on May 18 (Saturday) has issued an capture warrant against him. Based on the SIT's task, the Uncommon Court for Chosen Agents has issued the warrant against Prajwal, the occupant Hassan MP, in association with a complaint enrolled on April 28 at the Holenarsipur town police station in which he, and his father, JD(S) MLA H.D. Revanna, were blamed for sexual manhandling by their previous residential worker. H.D. Revanna was granted interim expectant safeguard by the Extraordinary Court for MPs and MLAs within the same sexual badgering case enrolled at Holenarasipura police station. He is out on safeguard after remaining in imprison for almost a week, post his capture on May 4, in a related case for purportedly seizing a woman.

Three FIRs have been recorded so far against Prajwal on April 28, May 8 and May 10. Prajwal's voting demographic Hassan, voted on April 26. An SIT was formed by the Siddaramaiah-led government on April 27 to test the numerous sexual manhandle cases, on the same day the JD(S) pioneer is said to have flown to Europe. A blue corner take note has been issued against the Hassan MP by the Interpol to assemble data approximately his whereabouts and bring him back to the nation. The Union government has not canceled his discretionary international id yet. The issue came to the bleeding edge after a few recordings surfaced appearing numerous occasions of what show up to be intense and non-consensual sexual acts committed by Prajwal. In most of the recordings, it looks like ladies were recorded by him beneath what appears to be a few shapes of coercion and without their consent. Ahead of the surveys in Hassan, write drives and CDs containing Prajwal's sexual manhandle recordings — in which faces of the women are clearly obvious — were reportedly anonymously circulated within the voting public. Two people — Chetan and Likith Gowda — supposedly related with the BJP were arrested by the SIT in Hassan in association with circulating the recordings. Prior in May, the SIT had issued a warning against the circulation of recordings related to the sexual mishandle scenes and indeed having or putting away them and underlined that strict activity would be taken for the same.
