Raj Kundra has now addressed the serious claims of a 60-crore fraud made against him by Deepak Kothari, a businessman who is sixty years old. The actor from Mehar emphasized that he has done nothing wrong and is optimistic that the facts will eventually be revealed. Recently, Raj Kundra was in Delhi to promote his first Punjabi movie, Mehar. When questioned about the accusations involving him and Shilpa Shetty regarding deceiving Deepak Kothari out of 60 crores in a loan and investment arrangement, Raj Kundra replied with composure. He stated, "Let’s just wait and see because that’s life, and we haven’t really commented on it since we know we haven’t committed any wrongdoing. The truth will eventually emerge. Throughout our lives, we have never done anything wrong, and we won’t in the future."
Earlier this month, news surfaced that Shilpa Shetty and Raj Kundra were called in by the Economic Offences Wing of the Mumbai Police for questioning related to a cheating case involving 60 crores. Deepak Kothari accused Shilpa Shetty and Raj Kundra of taking the money to grow their business. It is reported that Shilpa Shetty had provided a written guarantee in April 2016 but stepped down as the company's director just a few months later. Raj Kundra has now responded to the fraud accusation of 60 crores that involves Shilpa Shetty. The actor mentioned that they have not made any comments up to this point and remains hopeful that the truth will eventually be revealed.
