Penelope Cruz might be the next Ursula Andress, Halle Berry or Eva Green! Wonder what we are talking about?
Well, the Academy Awards winning actress is being hotly-tipped as the next Bond girl. A leaked casting memo reveals that this Spanish sex symbol might get the license to thrill in Daniel Craig's next 007 movie.

The 39-year-old and mum-of-two Cruz, who has hits like 'Pirates of the Caribbean:On Stranger Tides', 'Vanilla Sky', and 'Blow' and an Oscar in her kitty, will be the first Spanish Bond girl in the franchise's 52 year old history. Also, if the deal falls through, she will join a pantheon of legendary Bond divas like Diana Rigg, Barbara Bach, Naomie Harris and others. Also, she will be the oldest Bond girl, and the only one to marry him.

It's said that Bond movie-makers had always fancied Cruz as a Bond belle. But they couldn't cast her yet owing to her other commitments and pregnancies. By the way, Cruz is married to the 'Skyfall' Bond baddie Javier Bardem in real life.
Named 'Bond 24', the latest flick will be helmed by Sam Mendes, who directed 'Skyfall' in 2012. The film is likely to hit the floors late this year.
