Did you dial 911 just because you don't know whom to blame for a problem or due to frustration. Never do that as you can be arrested for misuse of an important emergency system or for false complaint.

A Florida man realised his folly only after police arrested him.

Carlos Bueno Mir dialled 911 after his wife threw out his beer. The officials responded to his call and arrived at his home. They were not happy and told him that the situation was not an emergency.

Carlos, a resident of West Palm Beach in Florida, called again alleging that a woman had broken two of his beer bottles.

The man was not convinced and kept calling the emergency number. In fact he dialled 911 seven times in four hours before police arrested him.

The authorities said that the 49-year-old man appeared visibly intoxicated.

Mir was booked for misuse of 911 emergency system and also charged for making a false complaint.
