The fake degree allegations made Jitender Singh Tomar to resign from his office of Law Minister, later he was arrested and sent to Faizabad, Uttar Pradesh for probe. The Delhi government, has appointed the Karawal Nagar MLA Kapil Mishra as Delhi’s new Law Minister.

The vice chairman of the Delhi Jal Board, was chosen by CM Arvind Kejriwal and other important leaders of the party. According to the reports he will be given additional portfolio of tourism ministry.

The popular “public policy campaigner” had earlier associated with Greenpeace, Amnesty International and other organizations.
