The Congress and the BJP leaders are at loggerheads on the issue land allotment case against former CM Bhupinder Singh Hooda and a few officers in the Associated Journals Limited land scam in Panchkula.
On Thursday night, the Vigilance bureau has registered a case in Panchkula regarding AJL land scam. While, congressmen stood behind Hooda. In fact, Indian National Lok DAL (INLD)and BJP are helping each other. "The attempt is to defame the Congress party in Haryana,”
Opposition leader Abhay Chautala gave a clear picture to CM Manohar Lal Khattar and asked him to book Hooda and AJL trustees. In his response, CM Manohar Lal Khattar said, "investigations are in progress. Appropriate action will be taken and the wrongdoer would not be spared.''
Hooda is attacked by Khattar's colleague and Haryana health and sports minister Anil Vij. He said that, "He had harvested and sowed in the past 10 years. He worked more like a dictator than chief minister. He set aside the law of the land by re-allotment of plot at Rs 91 per square meter, at the time when land value was Rs 5 lakh per square meter. He pleased Gandhis and got his son appointed as director. Now they call it vendetta.”
As the case progressed, INLD and BJP supported each other, they registered the first case. The former speaker and Gannaur MLA Kuldeep Sharma said that, on the request of INLD, they withdrew cabinet status for Hooda. Sharma added that, such cases are part of the RSS-sponsored agenda of the BJP government.
Palwal MLA Karan Singh Dalal said, "Do you know their own MP’s and MLA’s are among beneficiaries of colonizers licenses?“ People who are in this government are so immature and in fact they are unaware about the rules of government. They have a one-point of agenda, that is to harass Congressmen here and in the Center,Mr Karan said strongly.
“These kind of acts will bring the Congress back in power.” he added.
