Actor turned Politician Kangana Ranaut’s comments on farmers' protest have raised a huge stir in the nation. This is not the first time Kangana Ranaut has been in trouble with her comments, before the election she talked about the first prime minister of India and even before she misidentified one lady farmer in Punjab and passed comments on them. On Monday BJP MP Kangana Ranaut made a comment on farmers saying that the farmers protest could have led to a Bangladesh like situation in India, if BJP’s leadership was not enough to handle it. Even BJP party leaders were shocked by the comments of Kangana Ranaut. BJP has said that the statements passed by Kangana Ranaut are not the opinion of the BJP and the views are completely from the actress.
Bharatiya Janata Party has said that “"The statement given by BJP MP Kangana Ranaut in the context of farmers' movement is not the opinion of the party. BJP expresses disagreement with the statement of Kangana Ranaut. On behalf of the Party, Kangana Ranaut is neither permitted nor authorized to make statements on Party policy issues. On behalf of the BJP, Ms Kangana Ranaut has been directed not to make any such statement in future. BJP is determined to follow the principles of 'Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas and Sabka Prayas' and social harmony". In a video, she said that dead bodies were hanging and rapes were taking place at the farmer's protest.

Many Twitter users were against her comments. Paranbans Singh Romana, General Secretary and National Spokesman Shromani Akali Dal, Ex-President Youth Akali Dal has written, “BJP MP Kangana Ranaut says “dead bodies were hanging and rapes were taking place” at the farmers protest Her statement is highly derogatory and demeaning for the farming community in general and Sikhs in particular and is part of a sinister plot to defame Sikhs and make them a target of hate crime in other parts of the country. Strict action for promoting hatred between communities needs to be taken against her AND @BJP4India DO YOU ENDORSE THE VIEWS OF YOUR M.P.”

BJP has made a clear statement that the views of MP Kangana Ranaut, that they are not those of their party's views. But the damage has been done by the Mandi MP. Her comments were always controversial among the farmers. Even in 2020 she alleged a woman farmer from Punjab and called her Bilkis Bano. Even for statements airport staff has slapped her, sadly even then Kangana is not passing comments on the Farmers.
