The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is poised to form the government in Haryana for the third time, as election trends show their candidates leading in most seats. Although the results for 11 seats have not yet been announced, the BJP's intensive campaign led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi has managed to consolidate support from non-Jaat, non-Muslim, and Other Backward Class voters in the state. Key BJP candidates, including Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini and others like Mukesh Sharma and Moolchand Sharma, are leading in their respective constituencies. Contrary to various exit poll predictions, the BJP has staged a remarkable comeback, taking the lead in 50 out of the 90 seats in the Haryana assembly, compared to 35 seats for the Congress party. Meanwhile, Dushyant Singh Chautala, the founder of the Jannayak Janta Party (JJP) and the great-grandson of former deputy prime minister Devi Lal, is trailing in his own constituency of Uchan Kalan.

As per the current trends, the JJP contested the assembly election in Haryana this year in alliance with Chandrashekhar Azad's Azad Samaj Party (ASP-Kanshi Ram). The JJP fought for 70 seats, while the ASP kept 20 seats for itself. Bhupinder Hooda, the former Congress chief minister and a prominent political figure in Haryana, won his stronghold Garhi Sampla-Kiloi by a large margin of 71,465 votes. Vinesh Phogat, a newcomer to politics, also won her maiden election from Haryana's Julana seat. Former BJP leaders Savitri Jindal and Devender Kadyan, who left the party weeks before the assembly elections, contested as Independents and managed to secure victories. Savitri Jindal, India's wealthiest woman, won the Hisar constituency, and Devender Kadyan won the Ganaur seat.
