Brian Lara, the former West Indian player has said that he wants Sachin Tendulkar to do well but his loyalities are for West Indies and wants his country to win, according to reports.
The Test Series between India and the West Indies is a historic moment for the two great cricketing nations. Kolkata has planned a grand farewel for the 'God of Cricket". Lara, according to reports said that "goodbyes" are never easy and the player is under emotional stress. It must be quite challenging for Sachin to stay focused with so much happening at Kolkata and Eden Gardens, he further added.
"The game of cricket is a team effort and can be won or lost," says Lara and added that the scenario at the Eden Gardens is bound to be colourful but it is actually the winning team that will paints the colour of victory at the Edens.
